The apartments are provided for the international students who are enrolled in Hiroshima University.
They are rented from private estate agents by Hiroshima University Co-op.

・You can extend the period of living until your student status will be finished in Hiroshima University. Until then there is no any deadline of period
・You don't need to pay such as a commission fee, administrative fee, guarantee charge, management fee and renewal fee for applying into the "Recommended apartment by HU"..
・You need to attend an explanatory meeting in advance for moving into the apartment reserved.

・We will support you in English and Japanese, even before you come to Japan.
・Contract of utility and the Internet.

Application

・Choose the apartment and apply during the application period.
・Those who can choose Recommended Apartment, You can choose only one property on a first come, first serve basis.
・If you cannot choice or select the room would apply is mean that the room has booked.
・You can not select the room number.
・When the room you are going to rent is decided, we will inform you until September 8 by e-mail.

Expenditure

＜Expenses required when moving in＞　Insurance premium is required every year

・Rent for the month of moving in (No rent required if moving in after 20th)
・Key money：1 month room rent fee（Not refundable）
・Deposit：￥20,000（If necessary, we will settle the damages and then refund the balance）
・Room cleaning fee：￥10,000
・Insurance fee：￥7,940/1year
・The union dues for Hiroshima university co-op：￥2,000（We will pay you back when you graduate from university)

※Please pay the electricity, gas and water charges used in the room directly to each company.

■The explanatory meeting

We will explain the notes for living, so please ask your tutor or senior to accompany you to the meeting.
The key of your room will be handed to you after you pay the insurance.
