DESCRIPTIONS for Recommended Apartments for International Student
Descriptions
・The apartments are provided for the international students who are enrolled in Hiroshima University.
They are rented from private estate agents by Hiroshima University Co-op.
・While you are in Hiroshima University, you can live forever.
・No commission fee or key money needed.
・Please participate in an “explanatory meeting”.
We will explain the notes for living, so please ask your tutor or senior to accompany you to the meeting.
The key of your room will be handed to you after you pay the insurance.

The explanatory meeting for Recommended Apartments for International Students. ＜Date ＞ ■2021.9.29（Wed）、9.30（Thu）、10.1（Fri）16:30START（〜17:00） ・The explanatory meeting are not held on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so please come on the next business day. ・If it is one week before the scheduled move-in date, we can give the room key to substitute or a friend. In the case, a substitute or a friend have to bring student ID card to the venue during business hours. ・If you move in after October 4, please contact us at leastweek in advance. ■Hiroshima-Univ Co-op : e-mail : hu-seikyou@mbs.sphere.ne.jp ＜Place＞ ＜What to bring＞ ■Cash 9,600yen ・ 7,600yen (International Student Insurance : 1years) ・ 2,000yen (The union dues for Hiroshima Univ Co-op. ・We will support you in English and Japanese, even before you come to Japan.
Application
・Choose the apartment and apply during the application period.
・Those who can choose “Recommended Apartment”, You can choose only one property on a first come, first serve basis.
※If you cannot choice or select the room would apply is mean that the room has booked
・You can not select the room number.
・When the room you are going to rent is decided, we will inform you until Mar 7, 2021 by e-mail.

Expenditure
Please pay after move in.
・1 month's rent for the month you move in.
・20,000yen (Deposit. It will be returned (after deducted the repair cost) when you leave.)
